HB 1150 Passes the House
HB1150 (Sponsors: Rep. Moore and Rep. Hammer) has officially passed the Arkansas House with strong support — a major step forward in the effort to reform harmful PBM practices. This legislation takes aim at anti-competitive behavior by preventing PBMs from owning pharmacies in Arkansas, helping to level the playing field for local pharmacists and ensuring patients can continue to access affordable, community-based care.
It is scheduled to be heard by the Arkansas State Senate Insurance and Commerce Committe on April 8th.
